Delivery

We use Evri as our courier service which is next day when ordered between Monday – Thursday. If your order is placed after 12 on Thursday , it will arrive the following week.

Local deliveries go ahead daily if ordered before 12. Check socials in case of any changes to weekend hours.

Collections are available from Unit 4E Waterway House Canal Street, Wigan WN6 7NQ by arrangement either by email or text so please put your mobile number on the order if you want to collect yourself.

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns if the product is faulty or incorrect. Postage will never be refunded.

If you input the wrong address, this will not be refunded. If you would like the parcel to resent it will be a charge of £4.

The bag must not be opened and remain sealed.

You must contact us before returning any parcels.
